We did the branding transformation for Bistro 1905 when the exceptionally talented Chris O'Halloran took the culinary reins. In addition to crafting the brand identity, we designed menus and digital assets that heralded the arrival of Chris and his gastronomic delights to the area. Noteworthy is Chris's pre-existing accolades, including AA rosettes, a recommendation in the Good Food Guide, being the Rural Chef of the Year Runner-Up, and triumphing on ITV's "Britain's Best Dish, The Chefs" – accolades that set the stage for a culinary journey that defined Bistro 1905 at The Broadstraik Inn.
